1. Where do you deliver?
We ship our products from Malaysia! All orders are shipped via Pos Malaysia.
Our local postal service currently ships to 56 selected countries:
Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Bulgaria, China, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, Ethiopia, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Maldives, Morocco, Netherlands, Norway, Oman, Pakistan, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Tunisia, Turkey, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates and United Kingdom.
Once our local postal service resumes shipping to more countries, we will update the list of destination countries accordingly.
**Please note that we've removed shipping to UK and Russia in our website due to the complicated VAT and taxes. We'll try out best to work something out in the near future
2. Can I track my order?
Yes! All orders placed on our online store via Registered Mail (Flexipack International) can be tracked. Once we ship out your order, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number to trace your parcel. If you do not receive this email, please contact us via email and we will help you look into it.

3. Which shipping option should I select?
We've included two options for your consideration:
a) Standard Mail
- This option is for STICKERS only. If your order includes prints/ calendars/ notebooks etc, please select registered mail.
- Shipping cost is cheaper however please note that there will be no tracking provided. Please select registered mail (flexipack international) if you would like to ensure the mail remains safe.
b) Registered Mail (Flexipack International)
- This option is recommended if you'd like to ensure your mail remains safe/ track your order.
- Please select this option if your order includes prints/ calendars/ notebooks etc.
4. When can I receive my order?
Processing time takes within 1-2 weeks. We will then drop off your order only on Saturdays, as we are trying to reduce the number of trips to the post office for safety reasons.
Due to the pandemic, please expect some delays; delivery time could take within 10 days to 3 months.
5. Do I have to pay for customs?
Our delivery term is DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid).
As much as we try to minimise issues relating to customs, import duties, taxes and charges, we, however, have no control over the cost of customs fees and how they are applied.
We recommend being aware of your country’s customs and duty fees that may be applied to your order upon receipt. These will be the buyer’s responsibility and we are not responsible for delays due to customs.
We understand that customs charges are not ideal so we apologize for any inconvenience that may have caused you.

6. It has been a week since I placed my order but I have not received the tracking number, what should I do?
Sometimes the email address you provided may be incorrect or it could be a technical error. So please reach out to us at pandoodleco@gmail.com with your order number and we will assist you!
