1. How do I care for my products?

We've included the material used for each product in its description.

Generally for stickers, please note that they some of them are not laminated, hence, we recommend using them in areas where they're not expose to sunlight such as journaling for long lasting sticker color.

For prints, we recommend framing them to preserve the color from fading.

2. Can I resell them?

No. Products purchased are for personal use only. Both products and artwork may not be used for reprinting and commercial purposes without permission.

If you happen to stumble upon any sites selling my artwork, please let me know as they are most likely not authorised.

3. How long does it take to restock?

Pandoodle Co. is a one man show from designing, preparing, packaging to delivering therefore it will take a little extra time to restock but rest assure that we will do our best to put them live the soonest possible.

Please also note that we have a day job hence we're only able to attend to the sticker store activities at night. We appreciate your kind patience and understanding during this time! 

4. I received my product but it looks different to the image from the website?

As different screens display colours differently, please bear in mind that colours on actual Pandoodle Co. products may vary slightly from the image you see on screen.

5. How do you pack your products?

For flat items such as stickers and prints, we will include a cardboard as a backing to prevent the items from bending. 

If your order includes bulkier items such as calendar/ notebooks/ keychains etc, we will wrap it with a bubble wrap.

6. Can I include a special message if I wish to gift it to someone?

Yes! During checkout, please include a remark of the message you wish to convey and we will include a small card in the order:
